The prosecutor demands a suspended sentence for Martin Kochesko

In a hearing held today in the case of the Circassian activist Martin Kochesko from the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, the prosecution sought to sentence him to four years probation.

The defense, on the other hand, claimed that the accusation was based on forgeries by the police officers who arrested Martin Kochesko at that time and asked the court to acquit him.

The next hearing will be held on February 26 at 16.00. In the court in the city of Narat-Kala.
