The "United Russia" party submitted a proposal to the President of the Russian Federation for the candidacy of Murat Kumpilov for the position of the head of the Republic of Adygea.
Murat Kumpilov's candidacy was supported by most of the political parties in the republic.
The members of the parliament of Adygea will elect the head of the republic on September 11, 2022 from among the candidates proposed by the president of the Russian Federation.
