According to Rosstat new buildings in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic turned out to be the cheapest in the Russian Federation, in the third quarter of 2021, the price of one square meter is 31.8 thousand rubles ($455). the cost of one square meter increased by 19%.

“The cheapest new buildings in Russia are located in Kabardino-Balkaria - the average price of a square meter there is 31.8 thousand rubles, in Dagestan - 36.7 thousand rubles, in North Ossetia - 40.9 thousand rubles, Kalmykia - 42.9 thousand, Ingushetia - 43.7 thousand rubles, Karachay-Circassia - 43.3 thousand and the Stavropol Territory - 44.8 thousand,”  newstracker reports.

The largest increase in prices for new buildings was recorded in the Republic of Adygea, where the cost of 1 sq. m grew by 48%, to 62.8 thousand rubles. The rise in prices in Adygea was due to new buildings located in the suburban area of Krasnodar, - RBC reports.
