A kindergarten located at an altitude of 2300 meters opened in Kabardino-Balkaria

In the village of Tereskol, in Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the highest kindergarten in the Russian Federation was opened, located at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level.

The grand opening of the kindergarten on Friday, September 3, was reported by the Public Television of Russia.

The kindergarten is designed for 40 children. It features games rooms, a gym and a dining room. All rooms have video surveillance and a fire safety system.

The construction of the building was completed at the end of last year, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the opening of the institution had to be postponed several times.
