A large industrial park, designed for several dozen residents, will be built in Republic of Adygea,- the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the republic Zaur Sheudjen said on Thursday in Maykop.
"The industrial park is a promising site, which should give an impetus to the further development of the region's economy, and will provide an increase in investments. To create an industrial zone in the Takhtamukay district, a site with an area of 194.3 hectares was chosen. At the same time, large-scale housing construction and the construction of social facilities are underway in the adjacent area, "Sheudjen said at a visiting meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy of the Russian Federation, dedicated to the implementation of an individual program of socio-economic development of the republic.
"Today 35 residents are already ready to enter the site," the minister said.
This year, 100 million rubles will be allocated from the budget for the development of design estimates for the project.
