The new President of the Circassian Association in Jordan, Mr. Ibrahim Voroka
On February 17, an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly of the Central Circassian Association took place in the Kingdom of Jordan. The meeting took place after the resignation of Samir Kardan from the post of president of the association.
The resignation of Samir Kardan was due to a dispute with a group of members of the administrative body of the association. This group also resigned.
The General Assembly elected Mr. Ibrahim Voroka as President of the Association. And as posted on the association's Facebook page, he was elected not by general election, but by recommendation.
