The Pentagon secretly from Trump discussing actions in case of martial law

The commanders of the US armed forces and military units stationed near Washington are discussing their actions in the event of the imposition of martial law by US President Donald Trump, the media write, citing sources in the Pentagon.

Sources of Newsweek claim that, secretly from the White House and Trump supporters, the command is discussing a scenario of actions in case the Republicans decides to impose martial law before the inauguration of Joseph Biden on January 20. Plans are being drawn up for specific steps that can be taken if Trump orders to send regular troops to Washington and ensure order for the time of the inauguration and the transition period, TASS reports.

According to Newsweek, the military admits that Trump is mobilizing supporters and trying to interfere with the transfer of power. At the same time, an almost unrealistic scenario is supposedly possible, in which the current owner of the White House, with the help of troops, will try to seize equipment for processing ballots and achieve a revision of the voting results.

Experts say such a scenario is very far from being carried out because Trump must transfer power to Biden and there is no possibility that he will continue to hold power because it is illegal and American society cannot agree with such situation.
