US President-elect Joseph Biden said reports of cyberattacks on US government agencies were of serious concern. The corresponding statement was published on Thursday on the website of his transition team.

“In recent days, we have learned of what turned out to be a massive cybersecurity invasion that has resulted in thousands of casualties, including American companies and government agencies. There is still much we don’t know, but what we do know is of serious concern.",-Biden pointed out. He stressed that those responsible for the alleged cyberattack will have to pay "a tangible price". According to the democrat, the United States will seek this "in cooperation with allies and partners."

Biden stressed that cybersecurity issues in his administration will be given "the highest priority" at all levels of government.

Up to this point Donald Trump has not responded to these cyberattacks but what is certain is that such actions undermine world stability.
