About 300 thousand square meters of housing will be built In Adygea

About 300 thousand sq. m of housing will be built this year (2021) in Adygea, according to the national project. This was reported on Friday by the press service of the head of the republic Murat Kumpilov, following his participation in a meeting of the presidium of the government commission on regional development in the Russian Federation.

"Last year, the republic commissioned 258,000 square meters of housing, this year is planned for about 300,000 square meters," the press service said.

He added that 34 developers work on the construction market in the republic, 59 permits have been issued for the construction of 150 apartment buildings within five years, and within the framework of the individual program of social and economic development of the republic, design estimates were developed for the creation of engineering infrastructure in Maykop city for almost 1,800 land plots issued to big families.
